Maybe a New Saab 9-1?

Can GM make a MINI Cooper fighter? Well, according to Motor Trend it could be in the future. The car could be in the $20k+ range and may be sold under the Pontiac, Buick, Saturn or Saab brands. MT thinks it could be a Saab because it is looking for a car in the $20k range.

Could we be seeing a Saab 9-1 entry-level model? GM needs to do something with Saab. When was the last time you said, “Oh, look a new Saab”. Or how many Saab’s have you seen on the road? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to see Saab go away like Oldsmobile. Maybe this would draw more people into Saab? Is the C30 working for Volvo?
