Here’s something different. I’m sure everyone has seen the vinyl wraps on cars, trucks and Hummers advertising everything from the local handy man to the local health spa. Well, the crazy Swedes at Volvo as upped it a notch. How about a whole car vinyl wrap for your trendy C30? For about 18,750 SEK (or roughly $3,155) including labor, you can turn your car into a funky display of your personality. It’s good for about two years and does protect the paint. You have a choice of 20 different designs from wood paneling, zebra stripes (shown above), hot rod flames (my favorite) or the trendy rainbows (shown above).
The personalized Volvo C30 can be ordered online or at any Volvo dealer in Sweden. The vehicle is built at the factory than an independent contractor applies the vinyl skin and your C30 is delivered to you with what will seem like a different paint job then you ordered.
Currently it’s only available to Swedish customers, but how knows, maybe they will make it to the U.S.
