Audi is going to come out with a new “four-door Coupe” in June 2010. This will be slotted between the A6 and the top of the range A8, called A7. The A7 is planning to be a hardtop and a soft-top convertible. Audi’s bosses are quoted that they want to be the first carmaker to offer a modern-day four-door convertible.
Also look for a S7 and RS7 versions in the future. The RS7 would get the current version of the RS6’s twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V10 engine and all-wheel drive. I’m sure it’ll get more 600-hp.
