The Detroit Auto Show in 2009 is getting smaller. It has been reported that four manufactures has pulled out, Rolls-Royce, Land Rover, Ferrari and Suzuki. Now it looks like number five will be Mitsubishi. Porsche pulled out of the Detroit show in 2006.
Mitsubishi plans on having displays at the Los Angeles, Chicago and New York auto shows. But don’t worry about nothing coming out of Detroit. Joe Serra, co-chair of 2009 show, says they expect 45-50 unveiling at the show, which is typical.
