Just when I thought my Automotive Family Tree was complete for this year, GM changes its mind. General Motors’ has decided to keep Opel and restructure it, instead of selling to Magna International.
Maybe this is a sign of better times, as GM is starting to show a profit, they figured out the cost of $4.42 billion to restructure is lower than the cost with outside bids for the company.
