Holden is a great auto company in Australian owned by GM. Holden also is the maker of the Pontiac G8. With the announcement of Pontiac closing its doors, Holden is going to lose up to $729 million a year! Holden has spent millions converting its factory to build left-handed version of the Holden HSV Clubsport R8. Expect job cuts and other cost cutting measures at Holden because of the death of Pontiac.
If this doesn’t show how global the auto industry is, I don’t know how else to prove it.
