For those that think the Big Three are the only ones in financial trouble, look no further then number 1 in global sales Toyota. Toyota is seeking a reported $2.1 billion (with a B) from Japanese government. Toyota is looking at a $4.6 billion loss this year while Toyota Financial Services is in talks with state-back Japan Bank for International Cooperation and is looking for a loan to help with the rising cost of credit.
If Toyota is asking for money because of the financial crash, how are the Big Three of Detroit going to make it?
